As part of the sales process Sand & Sea works with the builder on branding and positioning the builder’s product in the current market place, pre-sale strategies and launch of the formal sales campaign. Sand and Sea also has been active in repositioning and Real Estate Owned projects that have been taken back by the lender.

Anna Marie Barnard - Principal - Broker
Anna Marie began her real estate career at the early age of 18 and has spent over 25 years as one of the most successful residential real estate broker in the western United States. In the beginning of her career, Anna Marie owned and operated her own real estate company, Casa Nova Realty in Arizona where she specialized in first time home buyers, condo conversions, bank owned real estate sales. With a commitment to community, Anna Marie has served on numerous non-profit organizations and boards and was one of the founding members of the Yacht Club (Young Arizonian Charting a Healthier Tomorrow). Currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mission Valley YMCA. Now owner and founder of Sand and Sea Capital/Realty is involved in all daily activities from managing the support team, oversees all sales and marketing efforts, investor and bank relationships, residential and commercial development.
Tracy Schultz-Mehki - Principal - Broker
With over 20 years of real estate experience, Tracy brings an extensive background to the Sand and Sea Capital/Realty team. Having worked for two leading companies in the institutional apartment industry, She has a substantial amount of both marketing and construction oversight experience. Her business instincts are vital to her role in taking the lead in running much of the day-to-day property management and accounting/billing operations of the company. Tracy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University and earned the Certified Property Manager® designation in 1987.
Jacqueline Maddison-Director of Client Relations- Broker Associate - 92067 Homes
Not only is Jacqueline the tenacious Director of Client Relations at Sand and Sea Realty, but also founder of 92067 Homes, specializing in luxury estates and fine homes; combined with tough negotiating techniques and a “be the best” mentality, customer service and satisfaction is her biggest priority. As a licensed CA Broker, the breadth of her experience lies in high volumes of successful closings in most San Diego market areas, and a successful luxury niche business throughout the Rancho Santa Fe and surrounding communities.
